This is a super fast, super yummy pizza!
Crust of your choosing. I usually like this site Vegan Pizza Dough Recipes.
Bake Crust, and add Hummus (great recipe here) on top of crust
sliced red onion
hand-full of parsley
Optional: Sprinkle with a little feta cheese
1/4 cup of Tahini
2 cloves of garlic crushed (or more if you like) I tend to be a garlic fanatic, so often I will add 3-4 cloves
1 TBSP of fresh squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste
1 TSP of Smoked Papricka
1/2 TSP of Cumin
Add all ingredients to your food processor. Start to process and as it’s processing add 1 TBSP of EVOO
This is a staple in our home. I have this hummus on hand for pizzas, dipping veggies or sesame crackers or putting on baguettes for a little appetizer. I have on occasion been knows to just grab some on a spoon.
Option: Sometimes I will add one whole chipotle chili in adobo sauce.
